Edward founded the predecessor platform to Trinity in 1996 and has spent nearly 30 years advising on private equity origination and distribution across Europe and the Middle East. He brings over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing and corporate finance, with a particular focus on the alternative investment sector.

Before establishing the original business, Edward was a founding member and Managing Director of MeesPierson Investment Finance (UK) Limited in London, a wholly owned merchant bank of ABN AMRO, where he also served on the Board of Directors. During his tenure there, he originated, structured and placed over US$2 billion of private equity, fixed income and credit derivative products for clients.

Earlier in his career, Edward held senior positions at Bear Stearns & Company in Boston, where he became a Vice President, and later at Bear Stearns Global Investors as Senior Vice President, focusing on corporate finance and real estate products for clients in Europe and the Middle East.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Boston College.
